When the best of
your life,
The closest to
your heart,
Your most trusted
person of the earth,
Deserts you and closes
her eyes and ears,
To your concerns
and cries in love,
You land in a dilemma,
Of what to do and
what to not to do,
Where to go and
where to not to go.
You have no choice
of complaining,
Or sharing your
heart out with anyone.
Firstly, because when
your own acts like a stranger,
To expect sympathy
from an outsider,
Would be the
silliest of desires.
Secondly, you will
not wish or tolerate,
Anyone pointing
finger towards her,
And blaming her to
be untrue.
Thirdly, you
cannot tarnish the glory,
Of the sweetest
feelings called love,
For your selfish
concerns and happiness.
You can’t pray and
plea before God,
Lest He might
assume her to be guilty,
And punish her for
your tears,
You cannot afford
to see that,
Because you have
loved her the most.
Forget about giving
up and going ahead,
Without her
thought, dream, concern,
It’s not love only
addiction if she can be forgotten.
The only solution
to the dilemma in love,
Is to burn up from
inside till you reach the tomb,
And block the
flame from reaching her skirt,
By weeping silently
on papers,
While holding to
the vows made to her,
Of keeping intact
her dignity, happiness,
As well as the glory
of love.
