ଗୋଷ୍ଠ ବାହୁଡା

ରଙ୍ଗ ଅଧରେ ଧରି ମୁରଲୀ ମଧୁର,
ତୋଳି  ମନଲୋଭା  ସୁର ସୁନ୍ଦର,
ଫେରୁଛନ୍ତି ଗୋଷ୍ଠରୁ କୃଷ୍ଣ ନଟବର,
ଅସ୍ତାଚଳେ ରବି ଲୁଚିବାକୁ ତତ୍ପର।

ଅସ୍ତଗାମୀ ରବିଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଫଳନ,
କରିଛି ଯମୁନାଙ୍କ ଲୋହିତ ବଦନ
ଜଣା ପଡୁଛି ଯାହା ତାହାଙ୍କ କଦନ,
ପିତୃ ବିୟୋଗରେ ରୁଷ୍ଟ କନ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ମନ ।

ରବି ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଇଁ ହେବାରୁ ଉଦ୍ୟତ,
ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦ୍ୱୟ ହେଇଲେ ଗୋପେ ଉପଗତ,
ତାରାପତି ବ୍ୟୋମ ପଥରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ,
କୃଷ୍ଣଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ବ୍ରଜପଥେ ହେଲେ ଉଦିତ ।

ଗୋପେ ଉତ୍ପତ୍ତି ପୂଣ୍ୟ ଥିବାରୁ ପ୍ରାରବ୍ଧ,
ପ୍ରାପ୍ତି ଅର୍ଥେ ଶ୍ରୀହରିଙ୍କ ଦିବ୍ୟ ସାନିଧ୍ୟ,
ଯେଣୁ ଜାଣିଛନ୍ତି ଗୋବୃନ୍ଦ ଏହି ଭେଦ,
କୃଷ୍ଣ ନିକଟତା ପାଇଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵନ୍ଦ । 

ଆତ୍ମସାତ କରିବାକୁ ସେ ବଂଶୀ ସ୍ଵନ
ଗୋ କୁଳ ମଧ୍ୟେ ନୀରବତା ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ
ବତ୍ସାଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟଗ୍ର ନାଦେ ନାହିଁ ତାଙ୍କ ଧ୍ୟାନ,
ପାର୍ଥିବ ଆବେଗଠୁଁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ଵ ସେ ମୋହନ ।

WHY INTOLERANT????

Intolerant?
Who is intolerant of what?
Why can't some people digest,
The election results,
And react negative,
Why intolerant?

Citizens of the nation,
Gives their opinion,
Does their selections,
Maybe your choice is different,
Bur does that mean,
You would abuse and kill,
People of different choice?
Violence, is it a democratic spirit?
Is it not intolerance?
Why intolerant?

Negative activities,
Does they bring positive results?
Using abusive words against your opponents,
Or killing a few of your adversary,
Will it do good to you,
Or to our democracy?

Then why such negative reactions?
Why intolerant?
Be positive and have trust,
You will bounce back,
With the time.

Love you everyone,
Who were with my choice,
And also who were in different choices,
We all are brothers and sisters,
Of a great democracy,
Call INDIA. 

କଥା ଧରିବନି, ମାନ କରିବନି।

କଥା ଧରିବନି, ମାନ କରିବନି,
ତୁମେ ପରା ସାଥୀ ମୋର । 
ସାରା ଧରା ଦେଖି, ସଭିଙ୍କୁ ଉପେକ୍ଷି,
କଲି ତୁମକୁ ନିଜର । 

ଲୌକିକ ପଦାର୍ଥେ, ଅବା ନ୍ୟସ୍ତ ସ୍ଵର୍ଥେ,
ନାହିଁ  ମୋର କାରବାର। 
ହରି ଭାବ ପାଇଁ, ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା ନେଇ,
ମନ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ମୋର । 

ଖୋଲା ମନ ମୋର, କୁଟୀର ତୁମର,
ରୁହ ହୋଇ ସ୍ନେହଭର।
ମୋତେ ଦିଶ ଦିଅ, ତୁମେ ଖୁସି ହୁଅ,
ଏତିକି ଆକାଂକ୍ଷା ମୋର। 

ରହିଲେ ମୌନରେ, ଚାଲିଗଲେ ଦୂରେ,
ମରି ଯିବ ମନ ମୋର।
ଏତିକି ବିଶ୍ଵାସ, ଥିବା ଯାକେ ଶ୍ଵାସ  
କରିବି ନାହିଁ  ମୁଁ ପର।        

ଭକ୍ତି ଭାବ ମୋତି

ବୁଡିଲେ ପାଇବୁ ଭକ୍ତି
              ଭାବ ମୋତି ବିରଳ,
ସେ ଧୀର କାଙ୍ଖିତ ପଥ
               ନୁହେଁ ଏତେ ସରଳ।
ଛନ୍ଦି ହୋଇ ଧନ୍ଦି ହୋଇ
                  ମାୟାର ବନ୍ଧନରେ,
ପାଇହେବ  ଅବା କାହୁଁ,
                 ସେ ନନ୍ଦନନ୍ଦନରେ ।
ଦୂଷିତ ପାର୍ଥିବ ମୋହ
               ହେଲେ ଚିତ୍ତୁ ବିୟୋଗ,
ସ୍ଵଚ୍ଛ ଚିତ୍ତେ ତୋର ହେବ,
               ହରି ସହ ସଂଯୋଗ ।
ରଜ, ତମ ଗୁଣ ହେବେ
                 ଚରିତ୍ରରୁ ବାହାର,
ସାତ୍ତ୍ୱିକ ସ୍ଵଭାବେ ବିଜେ,
              ହେବେ ନିଶ୍ଚେ ଈଶ୍ଵର ।
ସ୍ଵଛନ୍ଦ ସମର୍ପଣରେ
                ସେ ନିକଟେ ତୋହର,
ସ୍ଥାପିତ ଅସ୍ଥାରେ ହରି
                  ତର୍କରେ ବହୁ ଦୂର ।
ନିରୀହ, ନିଷ୍କାମ ଯେହ୍ନେ
                   ବାଳୁତ ପିଲା ମନ,
ସେ ମନ ଦେଇ ପୂଜିଲେ
                      ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ଜନାର୍ଦନ।
ଜନନୀ ଭଳି ପାଳିବୁ
                   ରଖି ସଦା ତା ମନ,
କରି କ୍ଲେଶ ସ୍ନେହଭରେ
                  ନ ଲୋଡି ପ୍ରତିଦାନ।
ସଭିଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମାରେ ହରି
                   ଛବି ଯେବେ ଦେଖିବୁ,
ଜାଣ  ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏ ଜୀବନେ
                        ନିକଟେ ତୁ ପାଇବୁ।
ହଟ କରି ଧରିଥିଲେ
                         ଦୃଢେ ତାର ପୟର,
ଉଦିତ ହୋଇବେ ଚିତ୍ତେ
                        ସେ ହଟିଆ ଠାକୁର।
ହେବ ଯେବେ ତୋ ହୃଦୟେ
                            ଭକ୍ତିଭାବ ଉଦୟ,
ନାଶ ହେବ ତୋ ମନରୁ
                        ଜରା, ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ଭୟ।

Care and concern

A devilish silence reign between us,
As we reside different parts of the globe,
And all the means of communication are destroyed.

The news of a devil called cyclone "Fani",
 Dancing on your region causing havoc
 Came to me through air.

Some pictures of devastation,
I saw in the television screen
Put my concerned soul in immense turbulence.

Dread pictures concerning your condition,
Began dancing in my imagination,
Spoiling the peace of my mind.

Not that I was worried as we didn't talk,
I was only keen to know that you are safe,
And everything fine in your life.

I closed my eyes, folded my palms,
Mutely began a prayer, God be pity on you,
Keep you away from any trouble.

For me, care and concern,
This much is love,
Even without having lives not intertwined.

ବୈଦ୍ୟନାଥ ଧାମ ବା ବୈଜୁନାଥ ଧାମ ୭

ନମସ୍ତେ ରବିଲୋଚନ, ଅନଘ,  ନିତ୍ୟସୁନ୍ଦର,
ସର୍ବାଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ,  ଶିତିକଣ୍ଠ, ବିରୁପାକ୍ଷ,  ଲୋକଙ୍କର,
ତୁମ ଲୀଳା, ତୁମ ଭାବ, ମୁହିଁ ମାଧ୍ୟମ ମାତର
ଧରି ହାତ, କରି ଯତ୍ନ, କବତା ମୋ ପୂର୍ଣ କର।

ଭକ୍ତ-ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ କରି ପାରେ କେ କଳନ,
ଏକୁ ଆରେକ ପୂରକ, ଅଭିନ୍ନ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମନ,
ବନ୍ଧା ଛନ୍ଦା ପ୍ରୀତି ପାଶେ ଅତି ଦିବ୍ୟ ସେ ବନ୍ଧନ
ଏକ ପୁଷ୍ପ ଆନ ତାର ସୁବାସର ପ୍ରସାରଣ ।

ଶିଶୁ ଯେହ୍ନେ ଟାଣେ ଚୁଟି କ୍ରୋଧଭରେ ଜନନୀର,
ମାତା କରଇ ଆକଟ ଦେଖାଇ ଶିଶୁକୁ ଡର,
 କମି ଥାଏ କାହିଁ ତହିଁ  ବନ୍ଧନ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ନେହର,
ସେହିପରି ଭକ୍ତ-ପ୍ରଭୁ ଲଢାଇର କାରବାର । 

କ୍ରୋଧ ଉତ୍ତାଳ ତରଙ୍ଗ ମିଥ୍ୟା ବାହ୍ୟ ଆଡମ୍ବର,
ଗୁଢ, ଗଭୀର, ଶାଶ୍ଵତ, ତାଙ୍କ  ପ୍ରୀତିର ସାଗର,
ନୀଳ ଘନେ ନୋହେ ଯେହ୍ନେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ପାତର,
ହେଲେ ବି ଧରା ଉଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ଭକ୍ତି ଭାବ ରହେ ସ୍ଥିର ।

ରାବଣ ଫେରିଲା ଲଙ୍କା କରି ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ସ୍ଵୀକାର,
ରହିଲେ କାମନା ଲିଙ୍ଗ ପୂତ କରି ଦେବଘର
ଦେବେ ପୂଜିଲେ ମହେଶ ହୋଇ ବଡ ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧଭର,
ଲୋକଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ କାମେ ରତ ହେଲେ ଲୋକଙ୍କର।

ରୁଦ୍ର ହେ, ତୁମ ବିଷୟ ବଖାଣ ତୁମ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ,
ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ରଖି ଆସ୍ଥା ଲେଖିଲା ଯାହା ପ୍ରଦୀପ୍ତ,
ବୁଝି ତାକୁ ମୂଢ ମତି , ନଗଣ୍ୟ ଓ ପାପଗ୍ରସ୍ତ,
ମାର୍ଜନା କରିବ ତ୍ରୁଟି, ରହିଲି ଶରଣାଗତ।

Torturous time

Thoughts of the torment,
 you might be passing through,
My so lovely brothers and sisters from Odissa,
Pinches me inside each moment.

When I imagine how torturous,
These sunny days and sleepless,
These humid nights might be,
Without electricity supply,
It dries up my appetite.

My thirst moves away automatically,
When I learn, that many of you,
 Moves here and there to gather,
Some drops of drinking water in this summer.

Hope and pray,
This bad time will pass away soon,
And you all will be soon in comfort.

ଉଠ ଉତ୍କଳ

ଉଠ ଉତ୍କଳ, ଛିଡା ହୋଇପଡ,
             ଚାଲିବାକୁ ତୁମେ କର ଆରମ୍ଭ,
ପ୍ରକୃତିର ଏହି କୃର ଆଚରଣ,
             ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପାରିବନି ତୁମର ଦମ୍ଭ । 
ଭାଙ୍ଗି ନାହିଁ କେବେ ତୁମର ସାହସ,
        ହାରି ନାହଁ କେବେ କାହାରି ପାଶେ,
ଯା' ଘର ମାଲିକ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ
          "ଫନି" କିବା ଛାର ତାହା ସକାଶେ।
ଜୀବନ ସମରେ ଏ ଏକ ସଂଘର୍ଷ
                  ସବୁ ଦିନ କିବା ସମାନ ଯାଏ,
ତୁମେ କର୍ମବୀର ତୁମ ପାଇଁ ଏହା,
               ସାମୟିକ ଏକ ସମସ୍ୟା ଟିଏ।
ଉଠାଇ ନିଅ ହେ ବୀରଭୂମିବାସୀ,
         ହାତରେ କୋଦାଳ, ଫାଉଡା କୋଡ଼ି,
ଦେଖାଇ ଦିଅ ଏ ଦୁନିଆ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ,
                 ଦୁଇ ଦିନେ ନୂଆ ଉତ୍କଳ ଗଢି ।

An assailant from the sea, Fani

Meteorologists and their  calculations,
 Failed to gauge the rage of the assailant,
That came out of the turbulent sea
And landed on the holy city Puri.

The dance of the devil cyclone Fani,
Was not funny as the term sounds,
Rather it was a roaring lion, a hunting beast
Devastating the lives and livelihood of many.

After playing rudely at will,
With the  helplessness of the people,
In the city of Lord Jagannath for hours together,
It left them to cry over their misfortune.

When it reached the city of Bhubaneswar,
It made it look like a battle field,
With its devastating nature and  impact 
On the city that was once decorated like a queen.

Not that its anger and strength was over,
Even though it became a bit soft with the time,
On its voyage towards the north-east,
Before it left the country.

The slower it was moving the larger was its impact,
As if it had an intention to teach us a big lesson,
That we should care and respect nature,
Encourage afforestation to minimize  global warming.

We need to learn that our such horrifying encounters,
With the rage of the nature would increase,
In number as well as intensity,
If we won't love and care the nature sincerely.

ବୈଦ୍ୟନାଥ ଧାମ ବା ବୈଜୁନାଥ ଧାମ ୬

ନମସ୍ତେ ଶ୍ରୀ ତ୍ରିଲୋଚନ, କୃପାଳୁ, ତ୍ରିଶୂଳହସ୍ତ,
ରୁଦ୍ର,ମହାଶକ୍ତିମୟ,ନୃତ୍ୟପ୍ରିୟ,ଗୌରୀନାଥ, 
ଯୋଗେଶ,ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରପ୍ରକାଶ, ଈଶାନ, କପାଳଭୃତ,
ନମସ୍ତେ ରାବଣେଶ୍ଵର,ମୃତ୍ୟୁଞ୍ଜୟ ,ଭୁତନାଥ ।

ଲଙ୍କେଶ ସ୍ମରଣ କଲା ଧୂର୍ଜ୍ଜଟିଙ୍କ ପଣ କଥା,
ରଖିଲେ କେଉଁଠି ପଥେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବେ ଦେବତା,
ଆଉ ନ ଯିବେ ସେ ସାଥେ, ଏଥୁ ନୋହିବ ଅନ୍ୟଥା
ଦେବ ବଚନ ବା କାହୁଁ ହୋଇ ପାରିଥାନ୍ତା ମିଥ୍ୟା।

ଦାନବ ହେଲେ ବି ଭକ୍ତ, ଜ୍ଞାନୀ, ବେଦଜ୍ଞ ରାବଣ,
ଅଚିରେ ବୁଝିଲା ସବୁ ଦେବଙ୍କ ଛଳ ଭିଆଣ,
ସବୁ କ୍ରିୟା କୃତି ମୂଳ,   ଆଦିମୂଳ ନାରାୟଣ,
ଅସୁରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ରୋହ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ, ଦେବ ସନ୍ତୋଷ କାରଣ। 

ଅଭିଷ୍ଟ ନୋହିଲା ପୂର୍ଣ ସଙ୍ଗେ ନ ଗଲେ ଆରାଧ୍ୟ,
ତପ ଫଳ ହେଲା ନଷ୍ଟ, ଶ୍ରୀହରି ସାଧିଲେ ବାଦ,
ଓଂକାର ନ ଦେଲେ ସାଥି, ଚିତ୍ତେ ଆସିଲା ବିଷାଦ
ଠକିଗଲା ମନେ ଭାଳି,ଦୈତ୍ୟକୁ ଆସିଲା  କ୍ରୋଧ ।

ଓପାଡିଲା କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବୃକ୍ଷ କ୍ରୋଧେ ହୋଇ ଜରଜର,
ସ୍ଵପୀଡା  ଲାଘବ ପାଇଁ ଲିଙ୍ଗଙ୍କୁ କଲା ପ୍ରହାର,
ମାଟିରେ ଦବାଇ ଦେଲା ଦେଇ ଅଙ୍ଗୁଷ୍ଠର ଜୋର,
ସହିଗଲେ ମହାମନା ନିରବେ ଶାସ୍ତି ଭକ୍ତର ।

ଭକ୍ତ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ପାହୁଞ୍ଚ ବାହାର,
ଅଜ୍ଞେୟ ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ ଅମାପ ଭାବସାଗର,
ବୁଡି ନ ମଲେ ବୁଝିବା ନୁହେଁ ସହଜ ବ୍ୟାପାର,
କଳି କି ପାରେ ପ୍ରଦୀପ୍ତ ମୂଢ ପାପଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ଛାର।

ତୋ କୃପା ଥାଉ ସଭିଙ୍କ ଜୀବନେ ଶ୍ରୀହରି,
କୁଶଳେ ଥାଆନ୍ତୁ ଓଡିଶାର ନରନାରୀ। 
ପ୍ରକୃତି ପ୍ରକୋପ " ଫନି " ଧୀରେ ବହିଯାଉ,
ତୋ ସନ୍ତାନଙ୍କ ସଂସାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥିତ ରହୁ ।
ତୁମ ଛତ୍ର ତଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଦା ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ,
ମୋର ଏ ଦୃଢ ବିଶ୍ଵାସ ରଖ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ।
