Trust is that delicate
unseen cord,
Built up of the fibers of rectitude,
Which ties two persons,
In a divine union.
But a light strike of the
stick,
Of suspicion breaks it.
It’s the invisible bridge
between souls,
That connects two like-minded people,
When it comes into existence,
Through their amicable
interactions.
Selfishness is a flood,
That uproots both ends.
It’s a castle made with
bricks of dedication,
And the cement of devotion,
In which two people settle
peacefully,
Follows and fulfills each other’s wishes
blindly.
A quake of conceit,
Dismantles the most well
built
The way a body trusts the atmosphere for oxygen,
The earth trusts the
sun for illumination,
Oceans and rivers trust the sky for water,
We trust on each
other,
For the best outcome of
our future.
This would make great wedding vows.
