You defined life and built your own sky on earth,
Flew possessed,obsessed,bewildered, aimless in it,
Went on chasing nothing till your feathers permit.
Intoxicated with the might of money,muscle,position,power,
You ignored, abused God and His authority as a ruler.
For all wins,achievements, you claimed 'I', 'Me' and 'Mine',
For all defeats and failures, you blamed system,society and destiny.
Over virtue-vice,right-wrong, in your life you never pondered,
On foreseeing old age,sufferings and end you began to think and consider.
When your empire disowned you,glamour gone and body stopped to respond,
God and His sovereignty,significance came to your mind.
When you realized the reality of life, not much was left,
To rectify the blunders of misutilising your time and strength.
Hence oh! crazy mind, still there is time,
Beware,get up, hay while the sun shines.
