I TOLD YOU THE TRUTH

I did not blame or accuse,
Did not dishonor or abuse,
I only told you the truth,
That had shaken your earth,
Showed you a mirror,
That reflected your character.

You try to hide your falsehood,
Behind your womanhood,
Certainly you will get some womanizers,
Some fake appreciators, false sympathizers
For the nice photo you posted
And the crocodile tears you shed,
But it’s not me; I am never going to bend,
Before your beautiful portrait or articulate words,
The truth never surrenders near falsehood,
The glow of Sun never succumbs to the dark cloud.

I am not going to beat my own drum,
My reflections are my rhymes,
They are true like the sun,
Deep like the Pacific Ocean.
Detect one lie, just one lie in my words,
You are challenged.

YOUR FRIENDSHIP IS THE KEY 2

Your friendship is the key,
That opens the pleasure gate for me.
Identifies me with the sweetest human feelings,
Teaches me how to nurture someone within,
Regardless of opinion differences,
Despite physical distances.

Your friendship is the key,
That uncovers a new path before me,
Walking on which I gather particles
Of peace, happiness and success,
That life had on its offerings
While struggling with sorrows and sufferings.

Your friendship is the key,
That opens the treasure of wisdom for me,
I get to know the transitoriness of life,
The significance of culturing divinity in it,
And the ways to pursue piousness, devotion,
While carrying out relationships and obligations.

I can’t pay back the worth of your friendship any day,
But I will try, I trust succeed to accompany you all the way.

YOUR FRIENDSHIP IS THE KEY

Your friendship is the key,
 That opened up me.

The suppressed emotions,
 Of my bereaved heart.
Flowed out like volcano eruptions,
Through the gate of our chat.

When your generous heart,
Smelled the fragrance of its content,
Witnessed the brightness of its glow,
Felt the warmth of the flow,
Your eyes bleed in affection
Head nodded in affirmation,
And you granted an asylum to my soul.

From that day,
The sky of my life,
 Became colorful,
With the rainbow stripe,
That you painted in it.

My drought stricken terrain
Drenched with the rain,
Of excitement,
 That you parted,
 With a compassionate heart.

My world transformed
Into a heaven that I have ever imagined.

I AM TO BE BLAMED

It makes no difference to you,
Whether I stay with you or go away,
Because you were never with me,
Wholeheartedly with all your emotions.

It was only my illusion,
That you had some true emotions,
Some vibrations for me and my concerns,
That made you reply me with compassion.

None but me is only to be blamed,
Who trusts that every glittering object is gold,
Every cloud that appears on the sky bears rain,
And every sweet hum carries affection.

I was really totally silly;
As I believe that when I am true to someone,
That person would also remain true,
To me and my honest feelings.

I did the unforgivable blunder,
Of trusting a woman, her pen
Desiring her to be truthful, open,
Selfless and free from vanity.

Knowingly I have gulped poison,
I have no right, no reason,
To blame you or anyone,
 For my misfortune.

PATRIOTISM; A TRIBUTE

Tears of a mother,
Tied to the slavery of the foreign rulers.
Incited the innocent heart of a twelve year old boy,
And he left his home, parents, childhood enjoyments,
Academic career without hesitation.

The drift of patriotism in his blood,
Was so powerful, that he did not care,
The rage of the tyrant foreign administrators,
 And their territorial supporter king.

The inaccessible hills and plateaus of Nilagiri,
Its dense forest tracks,
Soldiers of the Nilagiri king,
And the army of the company,
Were proved to be feeble,
 Near his spirit of patriotism.

Hiding in the hills during the daytime,
 Addressing the gatherings,
And fighting with the forces every night,
 When he became middle aged,
No one noticed or cared
 Not even he himself,
Until the day,
His beloved nation became independent.

Actually, the heart that harbours love for the motherland,
Does not care bullets and sacrifices.

TRUE STORY OF MY FATHER

Your cooperation

Life didn't take a break,
All the while when I was on a different state,
Do I part ? Do I depart?
From you my sweet heart,
For a split moment.

I move on, on the track of my duty,
Carrying you in me oh my beauty,
Beautifully balancing between the odds,
As a rope waker remains focused on his chord.

Yes, it was a breathless track,
But I hold on to my breath,
Sweetly and swiftly all along,
All because of your inspiration and  cooperation.
