Live or exist

I wonder,
How people live untruthful,
throughout their life,
still they proclaim,
that they are pious.

They show their body
to the world
to attract people,
but hide their mind
from the world,
still they claim,
they are pristine. 

What might be coming,
to their when they stand,
before the mirror?

The first reflection,
might be pleasing for them,
when they see their body.
But when their mind,
might be thinking
about their persona,
their conscience might be,
pointing finger towards,
their such acts of falsehood.

How they live gulping,
the poison of falsehood?
How such fake people live?
